When I'm alone in the yard or in a park, I still include things like disarms, throws, etc. even though I'm "shadow boxing." I imagine a series of attacks, counters, counters to counters, etc. and try to exercise my pool (er... puddle) of knowledge.
I don't do set routines per se, but I do repeatedly work on things that I have trouble with. I had one subtle boo-boo with big impact pointed out to me at the NTP 1.0 last Saturday which I'll have to work hard to correct since it's been a long habit.
