On propper storage of Arms.
Does anyone have any info on storing weapons safely in a temperate zone? The Bosworth Longsword I have had the Guard come lose without having encountered a single target. I am not sure if the wood of the grip has shrunk slightly. I don't have a good interior wall to store it on. Most places I can lean it are outer walls and that means the sword will encounter temp changes. Any info would be great.

Also. Can anyone recommend an accurate and functional Greatsword ? Anything that is good and historically accurate in handling? If it's affordable all the better. I would love to see one from the battlecry line. I will be purchasing the entire line very soon. Any response is appreciated and thank you in advance. I'm loving reading all the research on here ( Sooo Much). Also is John Clements Sword talk Podcast still going? Where can I listen to it? One of my favorite.

As long as you can keep it from rusting with oil, the rest is what it is. You may well have to tighten up the hilt from time to time.adam walton wrote:Does anyone have any info on storing weapons safely in a temperate zone?
