And wait 'till you grapple with it!

Please expand on this, or even start a new thread in the unarmed section about this. I like this stance for fencing but haven't found it particularly comfortable to grapple from, partially because I'm more familiar with a rather square stance when grappling. I ...

John recently pointed out to me that it is not a good idea to stick your left elbow out when you do this guard BTW. I have been doing that without noticing.

In answering this question it should be mentioned that even though I have my favorites, its best to move around and use all the variations ...

I think if ARMA was a democracy perhaps its numbers would have grown faster but the speed that ARMA has progressed towards its goals is a direct result of quality control and leadership.

Bah, that’s too much work. That project will turn into a monster let alone the long term sturdiness of the thing will go down.

I hope we can find a simpler solution.

Yeah, I'm out to mod this thing too.

You know if you look at the cold steel demo videos you can see why they make their swords like they do. They swing everything, and I mean everything like a base ball bat when they test their products. I kid you not, the guy demoing all of the swords keeps his ...

There is a large rubber stopper that you have to slide on to hold it in place. So the cross is slid along the blade till it rests against the wider handle and is ...

My BudK order came in yesterday. I received two of these waisters for 70$ (that includes tax and shipping.) I have not really had time to try them out yet but I swung one around for a while and tested the strength of them. Here is a first glance.

Stuff I don’t like:
